北京好运投资管理有限公司成立于1992年，公司下设全资子公司5家，注册资本金共1.5亿元。主要投资成品油零售、商业地产开发管理、户外新型传媒建设运营等领域。
在成品油零售行业，公司已投资建设了多个位于北京繁华地区的加油站，并采用了先进的油气回收和探测报警装置，公司旗下的崇文门、分钟寺等加油站都是成品油零售业内的标杆站、“万吨”站，公司也连续多年担任北京市成品油行业协会的副会长单位。
在商业地产开发管理领域，公司开发运营了多处有特色的商业地产项目，例如燕莎商业圈内知名的特色餐饮街--好运街等。
在户外新型传媒建设运营领域，公司是目前北京户外显示屏广告领域的行业领军公司，七年来为全球和国内各行业内顶尖的公司提供了专业的户外显示屏播放服务，公司制定的显示屏播放形式、播放频率、显示亮度、节能环保等方面的规范化管理经验，在行业内得到广泛推广和运用。
公司自2007年开始，在户外显示屏广告领域，秉承 “服务北京、服务大众”的公益理念，累计为近四十家公益组织及政府机构提供了包括免费设计、制作、播出的宣传活动，产生了积极的社会影响。

Introduction of The Company
Beijing Fortune Investment Management Co. Ltd. (BFIM) was founded in 1992. After decades of stable development, the company has five wholly-owned subsidiaries with a total registered capital of 150 million RMB. The company operates in three major fields – chain retail of oil and gas, construction and management of commercial real estate, and construction and operation of outdoor new media.
Beijing Fortune Investment Management has invested in a number of gas stations in downtown Beijing, using advanced vapor recovery detection and alarm devices. Particularly, the Chongwen and the Fenzhongsi gas stations are model stations in the industry, with volume of sales more than 10 thousands tons annually. For several years the company was honored the membership in Beijing Oil Industry Association.
In terms of commercial real estate construction and management, the company has developed a series of characteristic projects. For instance, located in the center of Yansha commercial center, Luckystreet is comprised of over 30 restaurants that provide diverse dining experiences for customers.
In the field of outdoor new media area, BFIM currently leads the market in Beijing. In the past seven years, the company has provided professional and outdoor advertising display services to companies domestically and internationally. Outdoor media display standards that the company created and practiced have been adopted and continuously followed by other companies. Specifically, BFIM’s management experiences in display forms, display frequencies, screen brightness, energy saving and others are widely recognized and used in the advertising industry.
